Finding a nice porcelain lizard is a real hassle, they are always screwed up. If its not the eyes its the color of the lizard itself or the subject as a whole. 

I have been advised by one of my intellectual friends that Germany does not have lizards, that explains a lot. But whoever the German was that painted this one had been to a place with lizards.

This piece has it all and is flawless.
