Third Reich Bronze Nude
Offered is a bronze of Male nude with Germanic style broadsword resting on his shoulder. The style is reminiscent of the athletic figures sculpted for Rosenthal and Allach by Ottmar Obermaier. This bronze is unsigned but dates from the pre-war 1930's. It was brought back from Europe by an American Army officer in 1946. The bronze measures approximately 15" tall and weighs 12 pounds.
