N-Model #100 Mother and Children Allach # 473

Obermeier with one of the few glazed figure's he produced. This piece started it's production in 1939 in what looks like an initial run of 206 pieces in white. When they stopped production I do not know, but the piece is not common and can be found with both a pedestal base and without. It is more rare to see than Horn's #98.

Having owned the piece that is shown in the photo's and after handling large amounts of Allach porcelain. I have to say that this was the absolute finest and most perfect piece I have ever handled. It was absolutely flawless. A great piece!

Mother and Children
O. Obermeier
Production start 1939
Production 1939
White 206
Color  0

I can only assume that the initial run of this piece was the bulk of the amount manufactured when observing what is in the marketplace. It also ends the production figure's for 1939 for standard catalog and presentation pieces other than individual presentations and post 39 production.
