N.S.D.A.P Block Table Pennant # 1183
I am not sure what this little table pennant is but believe it may be
for collections and came to me through a collector and group of items.
It is well made with a metallic wire like border is is double sided.
Appears to have a wood rod in the top where the cotton hanger is
attached internally. Its a nice high quality pennant.
