NSDAP Streamer- Chain Stitch # 1111
This was purchased for my collection and have found a piece that works a little better for me, so off this go's.
Piece
is a double sided cotton streamer and measure 28 inches inclusive of
the fringe, and about 25 inches without. Both sides are adorned with a
chain stitched field and swastika giving it a nice appearance and looks
early. The fringe is a nice thin silvery metallic color that almost
looks tarnished and has aged well.
There is brass rod that
runs through the streamer and is very dark, almost looks like bronze.
The hanger is also nice and to the piece and is a woven metallic thread
that matches the fringe in color and looks like tarnished silver. A very
nice piece for a picky collector who likes things a certain way. No
shortcuts here.
