I purchased these at a show a couple years ago and thought they were neat. They are silver plated pieces by Wellner and bear a flag with an H.G Motif.

I was going to research it and felt it was probably some cruise line or commercial entity and never got around to it. But making room here and have pieces I forgot I had. Nice 3 piece setup that someone may want to look into.
