Reich's Autobahn 1000 Km Marble Dedication Piece # 1715
Marble milestone autobahn pieces of two pieces. Measures approx. 9x7
and manufactured of a pink/red marble similar to chancellery marble in
look. Sculpted and polished top depicts the Reich Adler over winged
wheel and the simple dedication Reich's Autobahn 1936.
Various medals and awards were developed for this project but this piece is a first for me and quite nice, piece represents one of the signature projects under Adolf Hitler and his aggressive economic plan to bring Germany out of economic despair.
This is a big piece and rather heavy.
