The Fuhrer standard being Adolf Hitlers personal flag came in multiple sizes and was placed in buildings and on board naval vessels in case of a visit from Hitler where it would then be placed on display and run up a pole to note his presence. This piece is a navy marked example with the E/M and is marked on the bunting with a meter size of 1.5 x 1.5 make it a larger 59 x 59 inches. 

The banner colors are vibrant and the condition is excellent overall, these banners unlike standard banners are manufactured of a material not unlike cheese cloth or a woven cotton and most always have some mothing such is the case here. I did my best to photo the piece accurately and you can see where it does have some light to moderate mothing but does not seem to detract from the example and anyone who has handled these will know exactly what I am talking about. This was originally purchased by a collector from a well known dealer and does come with a C.O.A for those who care about them. A nice original Fuhrer standard in a perfect display size and in very nice original condition.
