An obvious favorite amongst Luftwaffe collectors, "The Pilot" came in as another political figure in the Allach catalog. A second version was also manufactured in limited numbers as 65(a) which had a porcelain base with the droop wing eagle to the front. None with the base were produced for 1938 or 1939 and they are sought after pieces.
