Although no real appearent reference to the SS is made. This is the type of item that suits the culture. I have gotten a couple of different translations of this and not sure which is correct. The owner has supplied one and I will use that.

"Ehret die Scholle die Uns Ernahrt"  = `Honor the soil which is the source of our nourishment´.
